  • Points: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Plus, earn bonus points for following us on social media or participating in z•aa local events.
  • Perks:  Be in the know about new arrivals, promotions, and special events. 
  • Get a $25 reward for every $500 spent.

z•aa REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These terms and conditions govern membership in the z•aa Rewards Program (“Program”).  By becoming a member of the Program you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions, as well as, all other rules, policies, and procedures of the Program.  You may cancel your membership in the Program at any time.  Program rules are void to the extent where prohibited by law.  State fees and taxes may apply where required by law.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to join the Program.  By joining and participating in the Program, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

JOINING THE z•aa REWARDS PROGRAM

You may join the Program] online at zaastyle.com by creating an Account (“Account”). If you already have a zaastyle.com account, then you are already signed up in the Program.

EARNING POINTS

You may earn points by shopping at zaastyle.com. You will earn one (1) point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases (“Qualifying Purchase”) for your Program Account. Points cannot be earned on shipping, tax, or other fees.  Points cannot be earned on purchases of gift card or purchases using store credit.  If you return a purchase on which you earned points, the points from that purchase will be deducted from your Account.  In order to earn points, you must provide the email address or phone number associated with your Account when making a Qualifying Purchase.

When points are earned, they will be held in a pending status for seven (7) days (“Pending Points”).  z•aa may review your Account and purchases to correct, adjust, or confirm the Pending Points.  Seven (7) days after earning points, the Pending Points will be converted to regular Program points and applied to your Account.

Only one Account may be used in connection with a Qualifying Purchase.  Points earned on a Qualifying Purchase will not be applied to more than one Account.  If you have more than one Account, z•aa has the absolute right to designate which Account the points earned from a Qualifying Purchase will be applied to. 

REWARD POINTS MINIMUMS & MAXIMUMS

Reward points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption.

Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.

MANAGING MY REWARD POINTS

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account.  From your Account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost.  The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes.  The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

REDEEMING POINTS

You will receive a $25 z•aa Rewards Coupon (“Coupon”) for every 500 points earned.  Neither Points nor Coupons are redeemable for cash and neither has any cash value. Coupons may not be used to purchase gift cards.  Points are non-transferable and non-refundable.  Cash will not be paid for unused portions of a Coupon.  Purchases made with a Coupon may only be exchanged and cannot be returned for cash or gift cards. Additional terms and conditions and restrictions, including, but not limited to, expiration, may be disclosed when points are issued, so review your point statements carefully and check these terms and conditions often.

EXPIRATION OF POINTS AND COUPONS

Reward points earned but not yet used shall expire one (1) year from the original purchase date from which the points were earned.  All points expire immediately upon cancellation of your membership.  Coupons expire 60 days after they are issued.  Reward Points section of the My Account area.

CONTACTING YOU

As a member of the Program, z•aa may, from time to time, contact you with information about the Program and with other offers or information it thinks may interest you.  By becoming a Program member, you agree that z•aa may send you advertising, marketing materials, and other communications (“Marketing Communication”). At any time, you may choose to no longer receive Marketing Communication from z•aa. To make this choice, either e-mail us at hola@zaalife.com or click on the unsubscribe button on the bottom of any e-mail from z•aa and complete the un-subscription process. If you unsubscribe from receiving the Marketing Communication material, you are still eligible to participate in the Program, however, you will no longer receive Program communications about exclusive offers and promotions available to Program members.  For more information about managing your information preferences, please go to zaastyle.com.

PRIVACY

Except as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, z•aa’s Privacy Policy will apply to information you provide z•aa through the Program.  By joining and participating in the Program, you agree to z•aa’s Privacy Policy.  To view z•aa’s Privacy Policy, click here. 

CANCELLING OR DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You may cancel your Program membership at any time by emailing hola@zaalife.com.  z•aa reserves the right to cancel your Program membership if you, in z•aa’s sole discretion, violate any of these terms and conditions or any applicable law; earn points by deception, forgery, fraud; or commit any other abuse of the Program.  If your Account is canceled, all accumulated points immediately expire.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

z•aa reserves the absolute right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program terms, conditions, rules, regulations, benefits, or points at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect the value of already issued points or benefits.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

z•aa WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM.  THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.  TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON z•aa’s LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.  BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WILLINGLY AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM z•aa AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK.

VENUE AND CHOICE OF LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.  By becoming a Program member, you knowingly and voluntarily submit to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in the appropriate state and federal court situated in Pinellas County, Florida.  You further agree that any cause of action arising under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively brought in such courts.  You also agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of actions arising out of or in any way related to the Program will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or representative action.
