Return Policy
At z•aa, we stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Our priority is to build connections with our customers for life and that means we’ll do everything we can to get it right.
Full price apparel and shoes are eligible for returns with a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order or day of original purchase for in-store orders. We accept returns for apparel and shoes for a store credit up to 30 calendar days from the date order is placed. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, in sellable condition. Returns received back after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that jewelry , accessories, and sunglasses are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Also discounted final sale apparel or shoes are also excluded from returns or exchanges.

RETURNING BY MAIL
You can use your original z•aa box or envelope, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. Attach your USPS return label to your box, write the order number, then drop it off at any authorized USPS location. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.
REFUNDS
If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you returned your package for the credit to appear on your account statement. If you paid with a gift card, we will email you a store credit in the form of a digital gift card. If a credit card was used in combination with a gift card, the original credit card purchase amount will be credited to the credit card, the remaining balance will be issued in a store credit via digital gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items returned for a refund must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, in sellable condition. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. When returning boxed or packaged goods by mail, please ensure you pack them inside a shipping envelope or a shipping box, and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
EXCHANGES
We apologize, but currently, zaastyle.com cannot process merchandise exchanges. For the best service and selection, please follow the steps to return your original purchase, then place a new order for your replacement items online.
