We accept returns for refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order or day of original purchase for in-store orders. We accept returns for a store credit for non-final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date order is placed. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, in sellable condition, and accompanied by its original receipt. Returns received back after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All accessories and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNING BY MAIL
Send in your item(s) with RMA form. You can use your original z•aa box or envelope, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. Attach your USPS or UPS return label to your box then drop it off at any authorized USPS or UPS Shipping Center. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.
If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you returned your package for the credit to appear on your account statement. If you paid with a gift card, z•aa Rewards Certificate or another z•aa discount offer, we will mail you a store credit. If a credit card was used in combination with a gift card, z•aa Rewards Certificate, or another z•aa discount offer, the original credit card purchase amount will be credited to the credit card, the remaining balance will be issued in a store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items returned for a refund must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, in sellable condition, and accompanied by its original receipt. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. When returning boxed or packaged goods by mail, please ensure you pack them inside a shipping envelope or a shipping box, and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging.
We apologize, but currently, zaastyle.com cannot process merchandise exchanges. For the best service and selection, please follow the steps to return your original purchase, then place a new order for your replacement items online.
