5 Quick Ways to Change up Your Look this Season

It's a new year, new season, and if you're looking to showcase a new you... we can totally help!  Here are 5 quick and easy ways to change up your look.

New Shades Who Dis?  New sunglasses:  You probably have a "go-to" shape or color  that you always rock and works for your face shape.  This year, try on some bold new shapes or colors just to see if you can work something new into your rotation.  We carry a bunch of sunglasses here at the studio, one of our favorite brands is DIFF.  They like to elevate classic shapes with interesting colors, bigger shapes, and different colored lenses.   They also donate a pair of reading glasses to a child in need for every pair they sell!

Change from the bottom up, explore new bottoms: We all get into ruts where we start wearing the same style of bottoms (we love leggings too, but variety is the spice of life!)  This season, try and get out of your comfort zone to find a new type of bottom that works for your style.  Maybe a new bold pant, longer length skirt, or a skort that has a little flair!

One step at a time, new styles of footwear:  As we all have experienced, changing your shoes can transform any look.  We all have lots of neutrals in our closets to try and match with multiple outfits, but this year maybe try to incorporate bold colors.  Even slight tweaks can change your vibe too.  For example, if you're always wearing chucks, try a feminine oxford.  If you're always in the same type of sandal, maybe try and new mule with a little flair!

Ready Set Go- Find A New Bold Set: If you find a couple of new statement sets, you can wear them together on one occasion and then break it apart and work in with other items in your closet!  A set can give you at least 3 outfits - - yes, we say at least because it truly can be way more than that.  How amazing is that?

And finally...dress it up a notch! When you're heading out, dress appropriate for the event but error on the dressier side.  If you're going out for date night, make it stunning!  If you're heading out for brunch with the girls, wear something that gets you compliments, and not just gets you through the day.  We like our girls to amplify whatever part of their vibe they're proud of.  If you've got great legs, wear a higher slit.  If your tan and skin feels on point, rock a halter, strapless, or off shoulder look.  If your stylist just nailed your color and cut, find some earrings and a color that draws the eye to your hair.  We're always here to help, looking forward to seeing you in the studio or chat online soon!
